This one of the gold-sheet collars that Tutankhamun's mummy was on.
I have been willing to get hold of one of those all my life. But there are none that are real antiques only plain copies.
Actually i think its impossible to get one from anywhere.

I cannot see the gold collar but I have seen some in the Egyptian movies long ago where there were momies and all, Cleopatra used to wear one, I think. They no more are a trend, at least I think so, and it would really be weird for people to wear them now. I remmeber in old school text books some slaves wore collars there were a little bit similar to them.

I cannot see the gold-sheet collar but I'm sure it must be a great piece because all egyptian's jewelry is said to be the most expensive around the world. Well, I'm talking about ancient egypt. As we are in the antique section
The Cleopatra also got a lots of jewelry.Take a look at this picture.

hey zlug is that Michael jackson? is sure looks like him!
me too can't see the picture, wonder what happened to it, but anyway we all have seen Maximus in the Gladiator, there were some gold collars in that movie, and they will certainly never be trendy again!

That's really funny Freeze! Its a plastic model but it kind of looks like the king of pop!
I have found a gold collar but I am not sure that it looks like the one from GoldDust...

It has nothing to do with the collars that the Egyptians wore but it is a modern version and it sure would look great on us.

HA! That 'collar', you got us guano apes look like some baby napkin! I think I should have given my baby one like that when he had not yet known how to eat by his own!

The Egyptian jewels are really great, they look really fine and they have that look that makes them feel from that old time, but the problem is that they sure are no more trendy! Maybe in movies but not anywhere else!

maybe Cleopatra had lots of jewelry, but i can hardly say that all the jewelry were nice (here i'm talking about this head gear that you have posted!!!) it's really not pretty! maybe Cleopatra wore it with lots of charm but really not looking good here
