that nipple shield is really cool Gieacai. hey but...from the previous pictures there is no hint that you actually have to pierce the nipple but from the picture that you posted, it shows a nipple piercing plus the shield!

This is the body trend GIRLS ONLY! Not even good for women! They won't be able to milk well with those on! And for guys...what could you possibly find cool in this??? Or gays also could wear these...
All I can say is that if you are in any martial arts or even body building, this is not advised at all! ...and also if you think yourself as a bad guy! If you have seen Aeon Flux, where Aeon takes that woman's earring in her mouth and tears the ear! The same could be done to your piercings, wherever you have them! Better choose tattoos!
