I was 16 when I got my ears pierced. It was the rule in my house. I have 4 older sisters that are much older than I am and they had the same rule. So when I turned 16 I got my first ones done. Then I kept going and got a second and third hole in my left ear. Only one in the right ear. I chalk it up to growing up in the 80s.

I got mine pierced on my 12th birthday. It was one of my presents from my parents. It was a big deal we went to the ear ring place they pierced my ears and I got to pick out a few pairs of ear rings. It was pretty memorable. Probably one of the best birthdays I can remember. My mom made a big stink out of it and when we got home I showed my dad and he made a big stink out of it. They made me feel really important. That was really special to me.

I was a baby, but the holes grew back in. So then I got them pierced again at 13.

Never had my ears pierced. Ever. Don't really plan on getting them pierced either. Earrings might be pretty but they just kinda freak me out. Don't know why. I've always had a fear of those things.

I've nebver had my ears pierced, they are too special to me, as are all my other senses, i wouldn't want ot risk them in any way at all.

I had my ears pierced when I was 8. I was in the mall with my mother and just asked her on the spur of the moment if I could have it done. She was 28at the time and had always been too afraid to pierce her ears, but after she saw that I barely flinched, she decided to go for it too. So we had our ears pierced at the same time :).
