yeah, Jessica Biel has undergone major change and has even posed naked for Gear in 2000, that's one of the reasons why the producers of 7th Heaven didn't want her anymore. she was deviating from the image of the 'good girl' she had in the sitcom.

i think that's a tattoo Lucy
looks a bit strange though. anyway, she's quite a change. but the likes of Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel are obvious changes because we have seen them act from their adolescence. so as they grow older they are prone to change their style

It is so normal for celebs to change styles. They even change a few times within a day just for attending different events. They look sometimes good, sometimes bad. But I think Jessica Alba really looks much better now. I like Jenifer A and Nelly F, no matter what kind of styles they change.
