Have any of you heard of engagement rings for men? I though I heard somebody mention them today, and I'm just wondering if they even exist. I've never seen one before!

Wow - someone gave me a guy engagement ring once. I gave it back and ran away. That was weird...she asked me to marry her too. :confused:

I have never heard of an engagement ring for a man. Then again, I wasn't the one who proposed to my husband, so I guess I didn't have a need to look for a ring...LOL. I think it's sweet if a guy wants to wear an engagement ring though. Men wear wedding rings, so it's not that much different.

If they truly do exist, then I say IT'S ABOUT TIME! Why shouldn't a lady propose if she loves the guy enough to want to spend a lifetime with him. I think it's great. Forget tradition. Our grannies did it the traditional way, times are changing. It's the 21st century!

I persoanlly wouldn't want one, think of it as $10000 more and for what, a piece of equality that you will lose anyway, or i would :p
