The first known diamond engagement ring appeared in 1477 medieval Europe to unite both the houses of Habsburg and Burgundy. It was then that Maximilian I of Austria gave a diamond ring to his bride to be Mary of Burgundy. Apparently, the marriage was a happy one. However, the diamond engagement ring did not become the standard at that time, later on, in the 20's, it started to be considered after an extensive marketing campaign by De Beers. A scene with Mary Of Burgundy wearing the engagement ring!!!  An engagement ring of De Beers!!!  Can you see the DB Signature? The Solitaire is beautifully set and the Paved Diamonds are so simple. The ring is in platinum. That one has kept a classical design

The two picture you posted were taking a little time to show up, I was like that  . Thanks god they finally showed up. Everyone should agree that this ring is beautiful. I can see the De Beers signature with a deep look, the picture is too white and my eyes get tired easily with such pictures. You should be very happy to have such a ring

..gets me thinking about the good drink...well this has nothing to do with it...anyway where do they look for name slike these for their company...so all the great rings that we can see in this forum and elsewhere are available thanks to those beers...wow this is interesting info...are the de beer items available world wide...it's the first time am hearing about it...

It's the first engagement ring that has a diamond encrusted! Not the first engagement ring ever! Am deceived, it would be very interesting to have a look at the first engagement ring ever! Something tottaly different, are you aware of what the first condoms were made of? Well this is no riddle or anything, they were made from the intestines of animals, which animals, this is unknown(?) to me! E.Nigma

Of course I can see the DB signature. The ring is amazing the person who gets one like this will be extremely lucky. I think the one who will spend money on this must be completely in love, romantic and very rich…
