Wal mart do not specifically sell jewlry, they are a supermarket, so the best bet is to buy at a place that only dies jewlry, as they should have the greatest range and stock, plus more experience

I have bought a few watches at Walmart which were just fine for everyday use. It all depends on what type of jewelry you're looking for. Obviously Walmart jewelry isn't even going to come close to the quality that you could get at Tiffany's, but their prices are reasonable and they do have some attractive jewelry.

Yeah, maybe they can be good for buying less expensive jewelry.

If it's only for everyday use, maybe you can buy from walmart.

Definitely not to resell. I wouldn't look there for components or focal objects.

Well, it's not really a jewelry store so it wouldn't be a good source for reselling.
