 Twinkling in the sky is a diamond star of 10 billion trillion trillion carats, astronomers have discovered. Some 50 light years(4000 km) from the earth in the Centaurus constellation, there is a cosmic diamond, crystallized carbon. One of the astronomers who discovered it, said that it would need a loupe the size of the sun to grade the diamond! Called BPM 37093, the diamond star is much much bigger than the largest diamond on earth(The star of Africa.)! A diamond of that size..could make quite a lot of jewelry with it! I would get my sister loads of diamonds, my nices a lot of diamond earrings that she loves, my wife will get the diamond planet itself!!!! I think that there should be an expedition someday for people to go get it! Or people live on it! Living on a diamond world!

a diamond that big?! woah! i can’t believe what i have just read! could that really be possible? where did you read about that log out? a diamond this size on earth?? if they do get it here then…err does anyone know the size of the earth? the diamond could be even bigger than the world!!!

Errr guys I think that you should have taken some astronomy lessons! The Earth is 42,000 km, and even though Earth is big enough to contain that diamond, how do you think that they would ever be able to get it here? With the help of aliens???? It would sure be great to have the diamond on Earth, from the pic posted it seems to be in that star’s crust! ENOURMOUS!!!

Well yes I think that rooney is right, rooney JUNIOR you are a genius! But still I think that we could dream about living on a world made of diamond! Shiny everywhere, it would not be called the blue planet, but the diamond planet! Wouldn’t you be happy on a planet so precious, Rooney?

Yeah I agree with the fact that there won’t be many thing s that we could do on a diamond world! Sure won’t be able to dig and make a home on it for my family and myself! Just told my niece about the diamond planet, she has even drawn a picture on it on paint, will post it when she’s done! You see it really makes us dream about it…we dream so we can get the thigns that we can’t get or do in the real world!
