Default The reason it costs so much
The reason that plat costs so much is because it is one of the rarest metals on the earth. Also, because of the fact that it will not tarnish under most normal conditions.

Only in extreme cases can it corrode, and that is when exposed to harmful radiations and certain solutions that are not even available to the general public anyway. Therefore, plat is the best metal investment anybody can make. You should read other posts someone just wrote about the value of plat.

Plat is only available in approximately 5 Parts per Billion units in the earth's crust. This is an extremely small amount of plat.

Here is a tip how you can clean your platinum jewellery, it is done in the same way you clean other fine jewelry - using a pre-packaged jewelry cleaner or by soaking it in a mild solution of 50% ammonia and 50% warm water and then gently rubbing it with a soft cloth. Note that harsh chemicals such as ammonia should not be used on gemstones other than diamonds because it may damage them - consult a jewelry professional in-person for specific guidance in this matter as it applies to specific jewelry items.

I have heard before that platinum has a few attributes like gold has, but gold is still the one metal that does not corrode and difficult to tarnish! well platinum has these attributes except that there is some possibility that it tarnishes...but i don't know how!

Are there still people investing in gold or other precious metals? I thought that not everyone was allowed to own gold, crude or cut, I mean not as jewelry! Is this law still on?

Well, I think the question was, do you have one platinum jewelry? Understand now. It is a shame you lost this ring. Do you have a picture of that ring? Hey wonder woman, your avatar is just to funny

My mother owns one like this. Well it is not exactly the same. Just have a look. I hope you like it
