I am living with my boyfriend for nearly 1 year and we met 3 years ago…
I’m at the same time amazed, proud and happy that we are still going strong! (Thanks to God by the way)

I’m planning to get more involved in our relationship and I’m wondering if I should buy him a promise ring!!! (It sounds weird, isn’t it?) In fact I don’t know if I should make the first step?
Guys what would you think of a girl who makes the first step?

Oh I’m pleased to see that you don’t follow the tradition…
To me it doesn’t sound weird… in fact I will be flattered if my girlfriend (should have one first of all) decides to buy me a promise ring… why should girls only have promise rings???

I think it would be weird to see guys with promise rings and even engagement rings afterwards!!!

well dear, i dont think that you need to think a lot before you gift your boyfriend something, i think if you want to offer him a promising ring, though it sounds weird, go ahead, it's your choice, and who knows maybe you'll get a more pleasant surprise.
