hey guys,there are different types of rings and a promise is a special one with a white zircon or diamond i think that a promise ring should be given only when you are ready to get engaged or married to that person!!! If you love someone and still not ready to be engaged to her but still want to present her a ring,there are many more models than engagement ring!

I have ever heard about this kind of guys... but these guys were very possessives and jealous and they were afraid to lose their girlfriend but they know too that they were not ready to engage themselves.. they did it sometimes to show that the girl is for them and nobody else, it's a sort of pre-engagement to say that one day i will marry her but i'm not ready yet..

Actually a promise ring can be used as friendship ring or chastity ring.....well it all depends if a promise ring is given for later engagement then both people must be aware of it and there should be agreement......u can check at the promise ring side thers some information there......

Those promise rings again. Well I think it's like some kind of promise to get engaged later, you are right. But what if the girl finds another boy and just leaves the one who gave her the promise ring? Have you ever give a thought about this? It might happen. Be careful guys, do buy a promise ring only if you trust your girlfriend

I'm sure it's a promise to get married but personally. Will you be able to trust someone that much? If it is for friendship then it's ok. Make sure before giving a promise ring guys
