I would try to have the jewelry match the color of the bridesmaids gowns. My friend had her bridesmaids dressed in red with ruby jewelry. But of course pearls really look nice with anything, so you could always go that route.

Could depend on a lot of other things, the time of year, the setting, any theme? and so on.

The gemstone for August is the peridot, which is a light yellow-green stone. That might be a good choice for the bridesmaids, depending on the color of their gowns. Otherwise, I would go with pearls, because they look good on just about everyone and they compliment any type of gown.

My choice would be a gold and platinum ring with a black stone instet in the middle, surrounded by diamonds, or without the diamonds if i were to really buy one :p Its up to the poeple in question and their taste i guess.

Yes, pearls would be great...But a matching color for the gowns will be nice too...The important thing is to look great without overshadowing the beauty of the bride...

platinum with diamond or pearl would look great on any color i think...but if it's too expensive maybe you can substitute it with white gold or silver instead...and cz for diamond...
